Our Freshness Policy

At GFSatelier.com, we guarantee that your order of flowers or any other perishables will arrive fresh. If the flowers or perishable items you receive are not fresh, we seek your cooperation to inform us immediately with accompanying images in the case that the flowers are not fresh so that we are able to verify and solve the matter smoothly. For items with expiry dates, GFSatelier.com will ensure that the items have an expiry of no less than 3 months. If the items you receive have a shorter lifespan than promised, we shall replace them at no extra charge.

 

Our Delivery Policy

Each GFSatelier.com flower/gift is designed and delivered by our professional delivery officers. While we guarantee the delivery of a fresh, beautiful bouquet every time, substitutions may be necessary on occasion due to the seasonal nature of flowers and flower conditions.

 

Our Refund & Exchange Policy

Items sold are not exchangeable except for items received with defects. To be eligible for returns or exchange, you should report your case within 24 hours upon delivery of your flowers, and is subjected to a mandatory review and investigation process by our Customer Support team. The flowers should also remain the same way as delivered. When filing your report, kindly provide us with your order number, several pictures of the defective product, and reasons why are you requesting a return, refund, or exchange. In all other cases, it is the responsibility of the recipient to care for the flowers once it has been delivered. If a refund takes place, the refund process will take 7-14 working days. In this case, GFSatelier.com will replace the defective items at no extra charge.

Delivery Guarantee

At GFSatelier.com, we make every effort to deliver your order on time.
GFSatelier.com will not accept responsibility for late or non-deliveries under the following conditions:
-The recipient is not present at the address given within those hours during which delivery was requested to take place.
-The address given is incorrect.
-No such person at the given address.
-No valid contact number was given for us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient in order to execute the order successfully.
